I am a self-motivated and a visionary leader with comprehensive technical & managerial experience in Automation driven Cloud Operations. Over the last 12+ years, I have played multiple roles covering - consulting, architecting, professional services, Pre-Sales and service delivery. I have worked for several customers across EMEA and NA from various domains, and have helped them transform their IT operations and drive value out of their investments. At present am leading Cloud operations, automation, ITSM (ServiceNow) and tools delivery for our largest customer in the UK&I. Interested in AI & ML driven solutions adoption, AIOPS, ITPA, Intelligent Automation, RPA and Cloud Architecture.
