Key Activities Under the Project:

• Impart free of cost high-quality education to 525 underprivileged children and women at our primary school "Prakashpunj - Ek Pahel Pathshala" in Dayalbagh, Agra.
• Provide a healthy one-time meal to the children and women.
• Distribute essential supplies such as books, bags, bottles, uniforms, and stationery to the students.
• Sensitize children and their families about the need and importance of education through nukad nataks.
• Sponsor higher education of high-potential students who have passed out from our school.
• Organize regular physical education classes.
• Conduct activity/hobby classes for students during vacations.
• Provide one-to-one psychological counseling for students by experts.

The teaching methodology adopted by the teachers at Ek Pahel Pathshala is quite novel. Special emphasis is given on techniques to develop students' interest in studies.

Future Plans

• Improve the infrastructure of "Prakashpunj - Ek Pahel Pathshala" with a special focus on:
• Increasing the number of classrooms to run parallel classes for students of different age groups.
• Constructing large playgrounds.
• Construct Computer Class.
• Start yoga classes for children.
• Provide facilities and equipment for outdoor sports.
• Arrange a van to provide pick-and-drop facilities for students coming from distant areas.
• Sponsor the education of more high-potential students in well-recognized schools.
