Ek Pahel organised the closing ceremony of "Swabhiman" - 2.5 months stitching camp for the women belonging to less privileged background on March 24th, 2018 at Ek Pahel Pathshala. Mrs. Varija Bajaj - International fame fashion designer was the chief guest and Mrs. Poonam Sachdeva - Social Worker was the guest of honour of the event. The program commenced with a beautiful dance performance of Ek Pahel girls on women empowerment song followed by exhibition of the apparels learnt and made by the women during the camp. The program concluded with distribution of certificate of appreciation to the trainees and motivational words by both the guests. Such initiatives of Ek Pahel are aimed to hone the skills of needy and poor women and to help them be financially independent.
